To enrol as a OUTSOURCE member follow a simple process:

1. Fill the Membership Application Form any of three catagories
   
   

   	i   .       Service Provider - Company Registration
   	ii  .      Service Provider - Consultant Registration
   	iii .      Buyer Registration

   
   
2. Then Sign In anf follow the instrution step by step.
3. Enclose the necessary remittances :
   • One Time Admission Fees - Tk. ...../-
   • Annual Subscription Fees -based on gross revenues from IT software and services
   • Charges towards Mailer Services - Tk....../-

Eligibility

Any firm, society, company or division thereof registered or incorporated in Bangladesh and conducting business in IT software, IT services, Internet, e-commerce or IT enabled services, and/or associated services is eligible to apply for membership provided:

• its main activity is the development of IT software and services or associated services;
• it performs this activity for commercial gain, and
• it has a minimum turnover of Tk. 0.000 million in software and/or associated services.

IMPORTANT: This is not applicable in the case of the "Institutional Member" category, which includes companies that provide support services.

The factors that are considered most important for granting membership with OUTSOURCE are, a strong management team, a good track record in business operations, strong financial commitment and a significant local value added component in the products and services offered.

Applications shall be considered as expeditiously as possible, but the Council may call upon the applicant to furnish such additional information relating to its eligibility as may be considered necessary. The Executive Council of OUTSOURCE possesses all rights to reject a membership application, without assigning any reason thereof.

Membership comprises of Registered Member and Associate Member categories.

IT software and services companies registered in Bangladesh , with annual revenue of Tk.00 million and above (from IT software and services).
These include:

• Software Development Companies
• IT Services Companies
• Software Product Companies
• Resellers of Branded Software Packages
• E-Commerce Companies
• IT Enabled Service Companies
• System Integrators

IT companies: IT software and services companies registered in Bangladesh (but whose annual revenue is between Tk.00 million to 00 million from software and services), are eligible to be Associate Members of OUTSOURCE.

Liaison Offices as Associate Members: Overseas companies that have a liaison office registered in Bangladesh can apply for OUTSOURCE membership under the Associate Member category.

Institutional Members: Companies that are not in the core area of IT services, but provide support services or are affiliated to IT services fall under this category. This would include the following categories:

• NGO's
• Government Organisations / Departments
• Societies engaged in promotion of IT
• Financial Institutions
• Venture Capital Firms
• Research Institutions
• Infrastructure Providers
• Real Estate Companies
• Managements Consultants
• Non Profit Organisations
• "Companies providing services to IT industry"
